We expand the capabilities of Raspberry Pi with analog inputs and outputs (0-3.3V, 0-±10V, 4-20mA), optically isolated inputs and outputs, on-board relays, 1K, 10K and RTD temperature sensor inputs, solid state drivers, CAN and RS485 communication; We have all the building blocks for implementing custom IO cards per your specification.

Our first board, MEGA-IO Expansion Card for Raspberry Pi, sold over 400 cards and raised over $21,000 on Kickstarter. Listening to our buyer’s feedback, we redesigned the card with new features and improved functionality. The next generation card, called IO-PLUS, is now on sale. The card features:

  • 32-bit Processor running at 48MHz
  • Eight relays with status LEDs and pluggable connectors
  • Eight layer stackable
  • Eight 12-bit A/D inputs
  • Four 12-bit DAC outputs (0-10V dimmers) or
  • Four open-drain outputs (30V/5.7A MOSFETs)
