All our current cards use pluggable terminal blocks, with the exception of BREAK-OUT Card Type 1, which still has regular, 100 mil screw type connectors, in order to save space.
We do have, however, BREAK-OUT Card Type 3, with pluggable connectors.
Pluggable connectors cost more, but we think they are much better than the regular screw connectors.
