OpenPLC migration to v4

  I was over on the OpenPLC forum asking about getting v4 going.  Thiagoralves said that since the original drivers were all written in C that they need to essentially be re-written for the new architechture with there vendor plugin package.   I was looking into this to see if there is something I can help with to migrate to v4.

  Migrating to V4 has been postponed at this time, due to the monthly subscription cost which we cannot justify. Meanwhile I understand that V3 will continue to work.

  I did not know about the subscription side of things.  This is really unfortunate.
