Could you give me more info? What do you mean you're not getting any data from the card? Have you connected a thermistor to get the temperature or a dry contact to read his state?

@alexburcea *Disregard this   It's a software issue in Relay Equipment Manager.  4rel4in command line is reporting fine. I think the workaround only worked for powering the card.  ...

@alexburcea  thanks.  I spoke with sequent this morning, possibly you.  This will all be powered by the ups card when it arrives, so no need to troubleshoot. 

Hi, This card can be used with either a 5V or a 24V power supply. Both power rails with his fuse. I assume the 24V fuse is blown, but you can check that with a multimeter.  

Just confirmed 5vdc input on the 5v header works fine, but I do prefer to power this with 24v.

The "inrd" command will read both opto-isolated and dry contact. The resistor selection is made with a jumper, and the 10k and dry contact have the same jumper position.

Hi, It looks like your Raspberry runs a 64-bit Linux, and you need to go to the "debian64" folder (cd debian64/) and run the update from there.
