I have 24vdc connected on the 10-24vdc input with no power. However, when connecting the pi via usbc input it powers the pi and the sequent cards. Should I be using the 5v input with 5vdc xformer?

Just confirmed 5vdc input on the 5v header works fine, but I do prefer to power this with 24v.
Hi,
This card can be used with either a 5V or a 24V power supply. Both power rails with his fuse. I assume the 24V fuse is blown, but you can check that with a multimeter.
@alexburcea thanks. I spoke with sequent this morning, possibly you. This will all be powered by the ups card when it arrives, so no need to troubleshoot.
@alexburcea
*Disregard this It's a software issue in Relay Equipment Manager. 4rel4in command line is reporting fine.
I think the workaround only worked for powering the card. I'm having a different issue now.
I set inputs to jumper 2-3 and connected 3 10k thermistors. Checking from +5v to the first header pin I see 5v. Second pin sees around 3-4v, but I'm not getting any data from the card.
All relays are operating normally.
Could you give me more info? What do you mean you're not getting any data from the card?
Have you connected a thermistor to get the temperature or a dry contact to read his state?
