Perfect add-on to your project when you have to control large number of loads. Stackable to 8 layers, the card can add up to 64 relays to each Raspberry Pi in a compact form factor.
The card is compatible with all Raspberry Pi versions from Zero to 5. All stacked cards share the I2C bus using only two of the Raspberry Pi’s GPIO pins to manage all eight cards. This feature leaves the remaining 24 GPIOs available for the user.
- Power Supply: 5V/8A pluggable connector with reverse polarity protection
- On board resettable fuse: 3A
- Relays: NO/NC contacts, 4A/120 VAC - 24 VDC
- Electrical endurance: minim 105 cycles at 1,800 operations per hour, full load
- Mechanical endurance: minim 107 cycles at 18,000 operations per hour, no load

I am fairly new to Raspberry Pi, and I am happy I found Sequent. The products are top notch... I now have 2 of the 8-hat relays, (1) 16 hat relay, (1) Building Automation hat, and (2) of the fans.
The only thing I can say that is more positive than their products is their support. You cant find service like they offer much anymore... and it is very appreciated!
If there is something you need or that can help make the product better, hit them up on chat... they respond very quickly and they actually listen.
Thanks Sequent!
Its in tbe title!
Going to have to make a universal devices Inc. Plugin for these just need to get the python code for each.
More will be used here definitely!
Not much to say except it works as expected. Can be mixed and matched with many orher cards from Sequent with the same form factor, enabling you to build a complex automation system.
Everything works out of the box with raspberry pi 5, brilliant
The only think in my office that clicks more than my keyboard. The Relays work great.
